For other hospital services, including specialized treatments and surgery:

  • Advance Payment Refunds: If an advance payment has been made for a service that is subsequently canceled, the refund eligibility will depend on the type of service and notice period provided.
  • Specific Policies: Some services may have unique cancellation policies, including non-refundable deposits for specialized procedures. Our staff will inform you of these details at the time of booking.

3. Refund Processing

For eligible cancellations, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
  • Payments made via credit card will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • For bank transfers or cash payments, refunds will be processed by bank transfer after necessary paperwork is completed.
